Hi, I'm Sandeep
As a founder of a successful eCommerce growth agency since 1999, I've spent over 20 years learning and implementing growth strategies for a number of businesses.
I've experienced both triumph and failure, and have learned valuable lessons along the way that I share in the community.
My experiences, along with insights from hundreds of other business owners I've worked with have helped me shape up the learning, content, and strategy for eComBrew Premium Lounge.
I am a practicing vegan, stoic, and an avid reader. I live in England with my family, and am planning to travel and visit northern lights sometime this year.

Be Kind & Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
No Hate Speech or Bullying
Please make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
No Promotions or Spam
Unless in the appropriate channel. Give more than you take to this community. Unfiltered self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links aren't allowed.
Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should always stay in the group.
Permission Based DMs Only
If you think you can answer an original posters' question but have a question for them, resist the urge to send them a DM. Instead, reply to them via threaded message, and ask for their permission before sending an unsolicited DM. It may be construed as harassment by some members. Likewise, you are encouraged to report unsolicited DM messages to the workspace administrators.
Threads Are A Nice Feature - Use Them
To avoid mess and cross-talk between multiple users, we encourage you to use threads. Threads keep the conversations organized, and will help you locate information easily should you need to refer to it in the future.

These two messaging operators are reserved for the admins to announce important updates. Please do not use these to draw attention of the entire community to your posts or questions.
